Christine Grimm has fifteen years combined experience in small business management, organizational and human resource development. She specializes in strategy development and deployment, facilitation, team building, leadership coaching, management development and accountability systems.

In 1997, Christine founded The Employers’ Solution, Inc. a consulting and training company specializing in high value services and products for small to medium size companies.

Christine focuses on making her client’s strategy a reality, as soon as possible and with the maximum commitment from all key stakeholder groups. She challenges management to establish and model values-based leadership behaviors and to strive for a clearly defined culture. Her goal is to help leaders develop user-friendly accountability systems to ensure strategy execution and performance management, organization-wide.

Christine uses a very interactive and high energy approach in all her programs, coaching and facilitation. Her focus is always to help participants learn new skills that are immediately applicable in both their personal and professional lives.

Christine is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), nationally and her local chapter in Los Angeles. She is also a member of and has earned her professional certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Christine received her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University, in Social Science and Education, where she earned a Secondary Teaching Credential for the State of California.
